สถาบันจัดการความรู้ชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง (IKMI) ซึ่งก่อตั้งโดยสมาคมอิมเปค (IMPECT) เป็นศูนย์กลางที่กำลังเติบโตสำหรับการอนุรักษ์ แบ่งปัน และเฉลิมฉลองภูมิปัญญาของชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองในประเทศไทย IKMI ตั้งอยู่ในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ ทำหน้าที่เป็นศูนย์การเรียนรู้ที่มีชีวิตชีวา สนับสนุนการพัฒนาภาวะผู้นำของเยาวชนและการเสริมพลังชุมชนผ่านการเข้าถึงองค์ความรู้ท้องถิ่นและวิถีวัฒนธรรม
IKMI ทำหน้าที่รวบรวมและจัดระเบียบเอกสารสำคัญ เรื่องเล่า และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีจากชุมชนชนเผ่าพื้นเมืองทั่วประเทศไทย เพื่อให้สามารถเข้าถึงได้โดยนักเรียน นักวิชาการ และผู้ขับเคลื่อนสังคม ผ่านการจัดเวิร์กช็อป การอบรม และทรัพยากรด้านการศึกษา สถาบันฯ ส่งเสริมความเข้าใจอันลึกซึ้งเกี่ยวกับอัตลักษณ์และความเข้มแข็งของชนเผ่าพื้นเมือง พร้อมกับเสริมสร้างศักยภาพให้คนรุ่นใหม่มีเครื่องมือในการก้าวขึ้นเป็นผู้นำต่อไป

The Indigenous Knowledge Management Institute (IKMI), established by IMPECT, is a growing hub for preserving, sharing, and celebrating the wisdom of Thailand’s Indigenous communities. Located in Chiang Mai, IKMI serves as a dynamic learning center that supports youth leadership and community empowerment through access to local knowledge and cultural practices.
IKMI collects and organizes vital documents, stories, and best practices from Indigenous communities across Thailand, making them accessible to students, scholars, and advocates. Through workshops, training, and educational resources, the institute strives to foster a deeper understanding of Indigenous identity and resilience, and provide the next generation with tools to lead.
